Anything is possible. I would use a fuel conditioner for the next few tanks to help clean up whatever bad gas would be left in the tank and then see if will do it again. If it does, you know it's not the gas then. Mine is doing something similar right now but with more frequency. I can also shut it off and restart and it will act better. I'm looking at all the vacuum lines this weekend for vacuum leak. BTW mine only has 62K, I would check yours too if you haven't already.
