UPDATE: I finally got a chance to take my X5 in to the dealership for this. I figured out that not only was the Bluetooth not working, but also the stereo wasn't working correctly (power on, and subwoofer woofs, but no sound from the stereo). My dealership tells me the main amplifier is dead. They assure me this will explain all the problems. A part is being ordered. I will update when it is all fixed (about a week, probably).
