If you really don't have any complaints and have not had problems as you stated, I am not sure you will get much done in the inspection/fix before expriation arena. Best they will probably do is give you a wall-job.
IMO, this is why BMW schedules your inspection II for just after your warranty has expired - so the dealer can make a lot of bucks "looking" at stuff for you.
With that in mind, I would go in with some specific complaints... "I don't like the way this handles in this condition," "I think this molding is showing too much wear", "it pulls to the left" and such.
I was surprised how many of my complaints were fixed - (all of them) even the replacement of a bad battery - because I gave them a list of actual problems.
