Make sure it's not leaking oil out of the pan gasket now instead of the ones you can see up above. My separator failed and blew my valve cover gasket. I changed everything and the separator eventually failed again, but my valve cover gasket was ok. I realized it was because the pan gasket was leaking instead, and oil would rather spill out there.
