Has anyone installed these themselves? I had mine done by the dealer several years ago. I'm trying to help out a friend with an 06 4.4i. Do they require a lot of force to get on? I can't push them on far enough to get them tight... only about 1/3 of the way. Wondering if I need a rubber hammer or something.
