Well, I solved the problem as I downloaded the file again (if you need it we are at
www.autoutility.it). I know Angelych does some changes form time to time, but I bleive my problem was corruption of the file. Actually is difficult to believe to me as it happened with two different PCs.
AFAIK there are only two similar "converter" asc2mk4_hig and the spanish asc2idxurl_mk4. IAW Kiwi explanation I guesse the doi the same.
