Good relation with the SA? You might toss ~$50 to him and ask him to thoroughly check the car... what's in it for them/him/the dealer?
Check for any oil leaks, valve covers, seepage, etc, etc.
Maybe have that ATF changed too, although they will say it is 'lifetime' or '100,000 mile', both of which are laughable...

I would stay away from the ATF change unless the tranny or fluid is having a specific issue. BMW tranny's can be temperamental and are probably best left alone.
