A car is either CPO or not. It sounds like they charged you for something like a pre-purchase inspection. As for fees usually when I bring mine in it is $50 each time. I am dealing with an engine problem right now and I have only paid the fee once despite having gone there 4 times for it. Is this Newport or Inskip? I have had good dealings with Inskip. I purchased my X from a dealer in Massachusetts and I bring it to Inskip for the better service I get.
