You should have gotten official CPO paperwork that states when the CPO expires, etc. Contact BMW NA to have them tell you. It should be in their system. If you didn't want to pay for brakes and wear items then you should have bought the extended maintenance. I agree with Motordavid, they are ripping you off, go somewhere else.
