As I said, you cannot know that country till you visit there and there are rural and backward areas in every country. Internet articles here and there do not prove anything.

I have been on 6 continents and few dozen countries and one thing I can say that big city life in any country is pretty much the same. And majority of population is centered around big cities and suburbs.
