ok so today i tried replaceing the rear subframe bushings on a 01 4.4. Holy S^&*T! They were beyond worn. The centers poped right out. 1 bolt on the drivers side was bent and a pain in the a$$ to get out. Used a sawsall to get the old bushing out. Greased the new ones and put them in with the jack stands under and dropped the car slowly and the slid right in. Now 1 bolt went in no prob. the second WTF started to strip and to cut the tip off to thread it back in. Now onto the other side. Forget it. Got 1 bolt off and the other an 1/8 off then thats it wont turn clockwise or counter clockwise. Cold it have bent the screw from driving so long with the bushing shot. Couldn't get it off even with an impact gun.
