“Urgent” I need help!!! I just bought a 2004 European model x5 4.8is and cannot get my scan tool to work on it! I took a measurement at poles 4 & 16 on the OBDII DLC and there is “NO POWER” even with the ignition on. (Position 2) I checked all the fuses and they are all fine. How can I get the power back to the DLC so I can use my scan tool? Is there something I over looked? Please help me someone!!!
