I agree - your dealer has to have a shop they use (if not their own) and even better if it is a BMW-certified shop. Mine has been in 3 accidents, two of them rear-enders (I was rear-ended), and my BMW-certified body shop did an excellent job on the repairs. All work guaranteed for life of ownership.
