I had an '08 E70 3.0 and drove it for 50k miles Now have a 35d, no comparison, more fun to drive, lots of power and no regrets. I carry a full load in the back as it is a work vehicle so I've never seen the likes of 27 mpg or more. I average 24.5 as it is on the highway. 8800 miles so far. You will not regret purchasing this vehicle.
