To the OP: how did your dry rot tire situ work out?
A $200 "detail"...maybe yes, maybe no. If you don't
have the time or inclination, it may be worth it.
Not sure if the dlr is using good products and that
they won't return you car with amateur swirl marks.
See list Naz put up, but dlrs don't tend to offer up
a diagnostic inspection, just because your warranty
is about to expire; if you have specific complaints they
should check those out, but they aren't gonna offer
up some kind of annual physical for you, imo.
