DIY: Painting Wood Trim

I have a Blue & Black X5 with Grey two-tone leather. Then i have Bright Yellow Wood Trim. Doesn't make sence. Thanks to my friend Jake, he
introduced me to Plasti Dip. Makes it look like Plastic.

Items Need:
2 - 120 Grid Sand Paper
2 - 220 Grid Sand Paper
1 - Blue Painters Tape
1 - Plasti Dip Can (Home Depot)
1 - White Primer Can
1 - Clear Coat Can
1 - Dry Rag

Step 1: Hit it with 120 grid sand paper (take off all the OEM clear coat)
Step 2: Wipe it down with a dry rag
Step 3: 1st coat of primer
Step 4: After 1st coat has dryed, sand it down with 220 grid sand paper
Step 5: 2nd coat of primer
Step 6: After 2nd coat has dryed, hit with a 1st coat of Plasti Dip
Step 7: After 1st coat of Plasti Dip has dryed, Hit it with a 2nd coat
Step 8: Wait till 2nd coat of Plasti Dip has dryed
Step 9: Hit it with a 1st coat of Clear Coat.

Depending on how shiny you want the trim to look, you could put a 2nd coat of Clear Coat. ( i like 1 coat only)

Make sure you wait until each coat has dryed before doing anything (15-20 mins)

Will post pictures tonight.
