My dealership replaced the stereo amp, and it fixed only the stereo. The Bluetooth module (TCU) was also dead. They were kind enough to suggest that I could find the new TCU much cheaper from a third party and replace it myself. How is that for taking care of the customer, rather than pushing a rip-off? I love these guys!

Anyway, I bought a new TCU from Tom at EAS, and he was great! Sent me exactly the right item, and I saved almost half of what the dealership would have charged. Now, my Bluetooth works fine, my Voice Recognition works, and the phonebook transfers right over. The only thing left is for me to take the car in sometime to get the dealership to re-activate my BMW Assist (some coding I can't do at home).

So, kudos to both EAS and my local guys!
