I have H&R DRA 15mm front and 30mm rear spacers. Here is what I did;

Front: Spacers less than 20mm size (in your case 10mm) will use a long lug instead of the stock BMW lugs. I ordered long lugs from H&R, that were about 42mm in length. since you have 10mm spacer, you'll need 38mm lugs with thread size 14x1.25. That being said, you would ideally need a lock that is 38mm long and has the same thread size. This is actually an odd size and no wheel lock manufacturer in US makes such locks. After much research, I found RAD wheel lock, which served the purpose.

Rear: In case of 20mm spacers, you'll get lugs with the spacer that will be of same size as your stock BMW lugs. So you can either buy genuine BMW locks or aftermarket Mcgard locks. (Mcgard manufactures locks for BMW)

Using two sets of locks is not an ideal scenario, but that's the only option for spacers. The advantage is that you'll have different keys for front and rear, so it will be even more difficult for a thief to steal your wheels
