Glad to hear your issue is fixed. I used to be an audio nut awhile back and the intermittent audio is usually related to the amplifier or wiring. It's easiest to replace the amplifier first and see if that fixes the issue. Also, if the amp overheats from blasting your music for long periods of time or in extremely hot weather, that causes it to go into a protection mode to keep it from self destructing. If it is the wiring, it is usually a pinched wire between one of the snap-in trim panels. This can take days or weeks to find and is probably easier to replace the wiring harness...especially if it is under warranty.

As for the Bluetooth problem, it all ties back to the bluetooth receiver/adapter that is built into the vehicle. If you have problems with it, tell them to replace that too. I, too, had a Range Rover that was lacking in the Bluetooth compatibility/quality department. I know...a real shocker eh? I got rid of the vehicle after 9 months, so I never attempted to have them fix the issue.

Again, glad to hear it is back to good!
