One of my TV "heroes", as Davy Crockett, when I was a kid,
though I had to watch it at neighbors as we didn't have a
TV in '55.
I had the coonskin cap, a DC lunch box, and wanted to be like him.
He was pretty damn good in the movie Ol'Yellar, too.
Made some decent wine in the past couple of decades...
Time is flying by, for that gen, and mine too.
