i had mine powder coated at Proformance in New Rochelle for not too much more than the painting price mentioned by KYZRSOSE. What I found from various shops is that while the standard BMW wheels are painted (it is called BMW silver and available for referencing in most body shops), the Ferric Gray specifically is a powder coat color for which BMW will not furnish details. Bunch of young guys at Proformance who seem like real car guys. I recommend it highly.
