Call up Wheel Collision Center in Bath, PA. I know a couple places on the west coast, but that's it for East. (Google it too, but recognize that they prolly won't have what you are seeking on the website.

You might check out m5board.com and search for wheel refinishers in the E39 forum. Anyone that can do that can do these....
