Not twisting anything, you made the religious 'ha-ha' about tea party peeps, all I did was ask why....

As fo Jilson's comments, we'll get to see that play out I fear as more than half the states in the Union have problems with what Congress passed. Whether Congress trumps a States rights....well not if you read the bill of Rights, specifically the 10th amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
