I decided to just lease a new 2011 when my current lease expires. Thanks guys!

Had a question though, how negitiable is a dealer when I am returning the leased vehicle. The buyout is around 44K. This was a 2 year lease with 20K miles allowed.

Any advice on how to negotiate with the dealer will be helpful and what will be a reasonable offer to purchase my own vehicle?
