Historically, if you look at all the past runner ups, they have done quite a bit better than the winners.. just look at Kwame's venture... He's kicking trump's ass. Rebecca will use her new found fame and surpass monetarily what Randy will get for working at trump.

Don't get me wrong, I think you are completely right here. But in public eye, what Randall did will be perceived as completely selfish.
For Rebecca it's the best thing that could have happened for her. She gets the acknowledgement that Trump would have taken her too, but doesn't have to be saddled with actually havng to work for him.
