I'm doing 8000 mile road trip from west coast to east and back this coming may and i don't have spare tire. I was thinking of bringing one of my winter tire size 18 for spare just in case I got a flat tire. Any risk of using winter tire. By the way I currently use 20' rft Dunlop. Thanks
