I just got quotes from two local dealers. One was $850, the other $1040. Both included all parts, labor, and "coding".

Since I'm ordering new, I'm going with PCD and probably getting the hitch done there. I don't have a firm price on that yet, but it looks to be no more than $650. If you already have the vehicle, that's obviously not possible...
