I agree on DNA evidence etc I suppose you can still be framed for a crime fairly easily...but then again how would you prove it wrong, with evidence etc. Some just do not believe in taking lives. Religious people, not me.
Jailing people in america has become big business. Private companies are opening new jails at an alarming rate and you can invest in corporations whose stock rises depending on the number of inmates. Sick. See for yourself
