Yes that's the stuff. I read about it on another thread, where the OP mentioned he used it on his CV boots too. I've sprayed them down once a month and when ever I get the car lifted, I carry an extra bottle in the trunk
40K-those things have to be hella loud, like super swampers! I know mine were at 30k.

I am going to have to give it a try. The black plastic on your X looks amazing. Interesting that one of their suggested applications is on CV boots. Since ours are notorious for cracking, I wonder if applying this product would extend their life? I knew a guy who put a similar product on his cooling hoses when he washed his car becasue he thought it extended their life. 
Glad to hear on the S/T II's. I am going to get a set as well when my original S/T's are completely shot. So far I have over 40,000 miles on them and my only complaint has been noise. |
