Just consider yourself lucky

One of the co-owners of the company where I currently work has recently bought himself a new Lexus, RX350, the latest model, at Lexus of Edison. After a first week teh bluetooth module became inoperative, Lexus had to change the whole module (or whatever thingie that is responsible for the bluetooth function), everything started working... for about a month or so

After about a month same problem has appeared, with teh same outcome - Lexus changed some hardware, everything started to work again... 2 days ago I saw him arriving in a Toyota minivan

(the minivan dropped him off then drove away), I asked him "WTF?", he said that his phone stopped connecting to teh car's bluetooth system again

so he left his Lexus at teh dealer (and teh dealer for some reason could not provide him with loaner and instead offered to simply drop him off at our office and then pick him up when his Lexus was fixed). As of today he is now driving a loaner RX350 (which Lexus finally decided to give him after figuring out teh repair might take a longer time than they've anticipated) and teh Lexus already managed to make him pretty

(some retarded "costumer service" representative called him yesterday and spewed some complete BS about "your phone might not be "compatible enough" with teh RX350's bluetooth system"

, completely ignoring the fact that everything was working perfectly during the first week of ownership and during the times between repairs and this exact phone still works perfectly when connecting to teh bluetooth system of another RX350 (also a brand-new model which is owned by his wife)...
