I was reading on a couple threads where folks mentioned vibration during hard braking and replacement of the control arm bushings resolved the issue. Is there a step by step procedure to replace the bushings? How long will it take? Does one need special tools?

I was reading through the E39 Bentley. I heard the E53 and E39s actually use the same parts though they're installed backwards.

Any help will be greatly apprecaited.
