Just inspect bushings.

You should only need the KMAC rear kit when lowering, which I don't recommend with the rear air ride. You lower the rear by letting air out of the air spring, which in turn reduces your spring rate and changing how the X handles. I have raised my rear back to stock and it is riding and handling much better. I was only lowered and inch or so in the back.

The KMAC just gives you more available camber adjustment and the X should have at least -1.5 negative camber in the rear. I really don't understand why people want to change the camber to save tires. I would rather have the handling and replace my tires a little more often.

Just do the sway bars and see how you like it from there.
