My issue was a leaking air spring caused by adjustable end links that were installed wrong. The end links dropped to where there was what felt like no air in the springs. This put some stress on the air spring and caused a leak. I replace the air spring and no more inactive suspension.
So Batm4n is right about the problem being caused by many different things. Thats why I ask how you came to the conclusion you did. Seems that both sensors going bad at the same time would be unlikely.
The fact that you have one side higher leads me to a leaking air spring, but is the car always low? Does it go up when the X is started and falls over time? Check the compressor fuse as this fixes many issues.
