All good advice above. As Weasel says, in the muddy sections disable the stability control and use momentum. If the mud is really bad you can drop some air out of the tyres provided you have some way of pumping them up again. Those portable 12-volt compressors are handy.
For the rocky stuff, go as slow and as carefully as you can. Any sort of speed on the rocky stuff can quickly lead to permanent tyre damage such as a pinched or gashed sidewall. If any particular section looks tricky, stop the car (only on solid ground) and walk that section of the trail to work out the best 'line' to take. Use a stick to check the depth of any puddles and/or mud. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck!
