I don't understand why you are getting screwed for the diagnosis? Is that your responsibility every time? They can't repair what hasn't been diagnosed, so it seems like an integral part of any repair. Do they only allow for an hour of diagnosis or something?
From what I can tell regarding the Platinum coverage, the air suspension should be covered. A leak is not normal and so means it's broken. It will be interesting to hear the end result. Keep us updated.
