The net is full of "warped rotors" myth debunking.
not saying it could not possibly be "warped" rotors, but...

I would go back and get a very careful re-balance on tires/wheel run out.
And, then have a good Indie check out your brake re-do and front
suspension fixes.

This brake shudder symptom is insidious, and from a page of threads on
topic, it has never been methodically diagnosed/"fixed", imo, via reporting,
including my own experience with. My point is the fixes, including my own,
are anecdotal, circumstantial and I do not recall a step by step list of repairs
that defined the "Aha" this is the fix, conclusion.
