Another car another time but I've seen the same....actually when I first moved to the area and parked at an auto supply store didn't specifically see it but as I was there only 5 minutes a large 4 wheeler pick up truck pulled next to my vehicle and put a nice ding (with paint) on the side of my car.
Historically I put off taking a bat to the person head as that would have been the only way to deal with this type of person. The picture of the truck is in my mind and I know who's it was. We live in a small town. I am very patient these days, don't let my emotions rule and have found new (old) ways to vent my frustration.

Interesting though in Paris - with a rented car my cousin said to just leave the vehicle at his house, in Rome also left the rental at the hotel and just took tour buses, in Manhattan the Hotel person told me to return the rental vehicle because most likely it would get stolen, in Mexico a bus dinged my rental and before I returned it and while I was eating lunch one day had some guy pound out the dents and paint it in the parking lot of the restaurant...looked good as new (the rental agency never knew)....
