While this is the normal wear pattern of the X's rear tires due to negative camber, there is a chance that your caster is also out of spec in the back which will exaggerate the camber wear more quickly.
I asked my alignment shop to straighten up the rears as much as possible to prevent the inner tire wear as much as possible and of course keep the caster spot on. I think I'm at -1.7 right now which is much straighter than they were but you can still see a tilt with the naked eye. No change in handling but my new tires seem to be wearing more evenly than before.
