the MKII to MKIV should be as easy as the MKIII to MKIV. The MKII (if it's like an E38 MKII) has a separate antenna module, which you can remove. Just remember to plug the co-ax feed into the rear of the MKIV; otherwise, it should be plug and play...good luck!
