never bought a new car before...so just want to prepare myself.

what's the average above invoice or below msrp price? I'm assuming the price on bmwusa is msrp...how do i find the invoice price?

looking to get a 2011 x5 diesel. Any tips on negotiating the price down? I'm in Houston, Texas.
