Compressed air from a can of compressed air (hobby stores, electronics spares stores) and a nearby vacuum cleaner. Do not pas the vacuum over the screen as it creates large amounts of static electricity which will damage sensitive electronic components.

After the dust is gone, use glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
