Horrible deal, ideally you want to work off the factory invoice pricing and negotiate their profit over that. This obviously would also include the Eco Credit.

A great deal for the X5 35d would look something like this Invoice($61,765) - EcoCredit($4,500) + destination($875) + MACO($300) + Training($200) + dealer profit($500-1,000).
