personally i would go for the 2011 X5M, if money is a non issue of course.

The car is absolutely beautiful and flawless. The only thing i have noticed about these cars is that the side skirt gets rock chips very easily, so before you take it off the lot, get 3M film installed on the skirts and rear trim.

The comfort seats are great, handling is superb and speed, well you can be the judge for that.

go to the dealership and do a test drive--the 2010 and 2011 are not very different (besides rear tail lights i think)
