Normally, yes, but since we have the same wheel/tire combo (315/35/20 in rear and 275/40/20 in front) it should be equivalent. Besides, even with different wheels and tires the measurements will be different from the fender to the top of the tire. The only consistent measurement would be from the top of the fender to the center of the hub.
