I am having exactly the same issue! My battery was dead which is odd because the battery is only 4 weeks old. I did let the X sit for a few weeks but I thought with a new battery in mild weather it would not be an isse. I am thinking I have a short.

I jump started the X and now the gauges don't work and I cannot get my Navigation out of 'German'... ??? I went into the setup and tried to change to USA but it did nothing....

I am going to check fuse #43 as mentioned. If that does not work I will do a battery disconnect and reset.

Any other ideas???
