Also, it was photoshopped onto a fans shirt, not a NASCAR employee. Like I have already said, NASCAR has a program designed to help increase the minority participation int the sport, so better try again. Your Denny's example was probably better.

I admit, the Denny's discrimination is a better example because it was my personal experience . However, you are the only one who knows for certain that the NASCAR photo is photoshopped. If it is, it's a damn good job.
