Hi Guys

An update for all the X6 - regular or M owners, herewith the dealer update. Cause of wind deflector shudder at speeds > 120km due to preload force of deflector spring being too low. This only affects 403 glass sunroof. Fix: remove wind deflector as per repair instructions 54 12 497, and replace left and right deflector levers with the wind deflector service kit (BMW PN: 54 12 7 284 480). Parts available from 05/2010. Here is a photo of the new levers.
