Not sure what Tom will say but adding spacers to the rear is supposed to induce more understeer because of the wider track. I have 30mm spacers too, though with non-oem wheels, and I can't tell the difference.

However, the X is not my daily driver and didn't stay stock very long after we bought it. So, trying to remember how it drove prior to all the mods is difficult!
