you are correct with the stealers not analyzing what caused the two blown turbos. never gave me a concrete reason why the first turbo blew, but when the brand new turbo also blew, then they started to check what really caused this and said its blockage in the intubing that lead to increase in oil pressure to the turbo. similar part to yours, but sounds opposite of what you suggested. at any case logically, either too few or too many oil in any particular moving part can lead to premature wear, that is for sure.
anyway my update is after they have deblocked the intubing and installed another brand new turbo, that it still smokes.
brought the vehicle back to the stealers so momentarily could not do further testing.
thanks for the new angle on why the turbo blew, it seems likely that could be the cause.
in general however, it could even be both coolant and oil that is leaking.
lets see in the days to come.
thanks

This is actually weird because I have never seen very white oil smoke? It always has a blue tint to it.. however speciel oil like tranny oil etc. maybe more white-ish, I am not sure. . (not that im saying its gearoil in you case.) But what kind of oil is the turbos runing on ? Engine oil ? seperate speciel oil ?
