Yesterday, I was driving home from the office (about 110 miles one way) and I noticed the most awful wind noise coming from the front end of the car. At any speed over 75, there was a howling coming from the windshield area. Any ideas?

Also, my seatbelt light and chime started dinging while driving. Nothing I could do would make it stop. Then magically, it just stopped by itself. What gives?
